Overall a very pleasant stay for the price. Nice beds, incredible location by the pier. For shots visit Lynton Court, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
Quite busy staff!

It is in beautiful and wonderful location to a Gothic church, set a short walk to the hotel. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located especially in bar area. The venue staff is very amiable and caring.

A strong match for a brief sojourn in Bournemouth with value for money. The breakfast had plenty of variety, including delicious eggs Benedict worth the extra cost. Be prepared for the 10-15 minute walk to the pier, but it's a nice stroll.

It looked like it was being joined/integrated to the next door hotel, and that there was work in progress - however nothing was going on and there was empty reception rooms and very poor notices dispayed to say wher the reception was. Dinner and bar food we were told ended at 8pm - We subsequently found that meals were served until 8.30pm - still too early for what we assumed to be a 'good' hotel. The room was shabby and the bathroom was the worst maintained we have ever stayed in - the toilet was dirty, there were cracks all over the walls and the paintwork was in need of maintenance. We pittied the room cleaner as they had no hope of making it look good. Food -The lasagne was luke warm and the saute pots were just deep fried - poor..
The bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty spacious and comfy. We had a nice view of the sea. The sink was cracked and our toilet was acting up. We got told not to use it on the second day, a trek down to the basement during the night. Not ideal!

Good size clean & quiet bedroom overlooking the sea, many lounges for relaxation.
Small bathroom & evening meals were overpriced for what was served.

Our room was spacious and cozy, with a fine sea view and plenty of storage. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff provided a friendly service. The quirky decor added character and charm to our experience.
The bathroom was a bit small and could use some updates.
